Hello SSD Staff, Scholars and Families,

Firstly, we want to express our gratitude to all of our staff, scholars, families and community members who joined the District Strategic Plan Listening Tour and online survey. Throughout the Strategic Planning process, SSD has sought broad input and collaboration with stakeholders to promote an open and transparent strategic planning process. Your feedback is vital to developing a District Strategic Plan, which will guide District work for the next five years.

The Steering Committee, comprised of Summit students, staff, families and Board members, used the data and information gathered from the Listening Tour to develop the Graduate Profile and Strategic Plan. After you watch the Preview Video, we invite you to provide your insight on the Strategic Plan and Graduate Profile in the following survey (https://forms.gle/Lqt5MGaZiSQhiCNbA). Before finalizing the plan and the Graduate Profile, SSD would like to gather input from you about if and how these priorities and components resonate with you. The anonymous survey will be available through Friday, June 11.

The Steering Committee presented an update to the Board of Education during a public meeting last Thursday, May 27 (agenda). The recording is available on the Board page of the District website for your review.
